GENE (Gyrokinetic Electromagnetic Numerical Experiment) is an open source plasma microturbulence code which can be used to efficiently compute gyroradius-scale fluctuations and the resulting transport coefficients in magnetized fusion/astrophysical plasmas. The repository can be accessed here.
